Refund policy

We operate a strict all-sales-final policy. This means we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.

Returns are only accepted in rare cases, such as when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. Any return request outside of these circumstances will not be approved.

To be eligible for a return (if approved), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you must contact us at nearosproject@gmail.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nearos Project is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

NOTE - For customers in the European Union: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at nearosproject@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
