Order Processing Times

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Local Orders (Domestic):
Local orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

International Orders:
International orders are processed and dispatched within 1–14 working days.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include delivery time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and customs clearance for international orders. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Delays

Nearos Project is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing

• Carrier delays

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause additional delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Nearos Project is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
